Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

  • The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Failure to submit final payment may result in cancellation. Final Payment is due upon arrival to event or residence. 

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • All cancellations are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but will be worked out for reconciliation of any problem.

  • No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

3. Guest Count & Event Details

  • Final guest count must be confirmed 72 hours prior to the event.

  • Additional guests may be accommodated based on availability and will be charged accordingly.

  • Reductions after the deadline will not receive refunds.

4. Event Location & Setup Requirements

Client is responsible for providing:

  • A safe, level cooking area

  • Adequate space and ventilation

  • Access to water and electricity (if required)

  • Compliance with local fire and safety regulations

5. Weather & Outdoor Events

  • Events are held rain or shine.

  • In the case of unsafe weather conditions, the event may be rescheduled at our discretion after talking with client. 

  • Refunds are not issued due to weather; one reschedule is allowed within 60 days.

6. Food Safety & Allergies

  • Client must inform us of all food allergies and dietary restrictions at least 72 hours in advance.

  • While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions if prior notice is not provided.

7. Conduct & Safety

  • Client and guests must maintain a safe and respectful environment.

  • Lots of fun! No Drama Be Yourself ! Especially if you chose THE WORKS.

8. Damages

  • Client is responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by guests, pets, or unsafe conditions at the event location.

9. Photography & Marketing

  • We may take photos or videos during events for marketing purposes.

  • If you do not consent, you must notify us in writing prior to the event.

  • Use of Meta AI Glasses Free Video will be provided! 

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the event.

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, government restrictions, or emergencies.

  • In such cases, events may be rescheduled and worked out.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.

13. Acceptance of Terms

  • By booking our services, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
