Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your event date.

Deposits cover planning, staffing, and food preparation costs.
Cancellations by Client
-
More than 7 days before the event:
Any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded. -
3–6 days before the event:
50% of the remaining balance (excluding deposit) will be refunded. -
Less than 72 hours before the event:
No refunds will be issued.
Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows

No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
Weather Policy (Outdoor Events)

Events proceed rain or shine.

If severe weather makes the event unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule (no refund, one reschedule allowed within 60 days).
Changes to Guest Count

Final guest count is due 72 hours before the event.

Increases may be accommodated based on availability.

Reductions after the deadline are not eligible for refunds.
Company Cancellations

If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or the event may be rescheduled at the client’s choice.
Satisfaction Guarantee

If there is a legitimate issue with food quality or service during your event, please notify us during the event so we can make it right.
