Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your event date.

  • Deposits cover planning, staffing, and food preparation costs.

Cancellations by Client

  • More than 7 days before the event:
    Any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.

  • 3–6 days before the event:
    50% of the remaining balance (excluding deposit) will be refunded.

  • Less than 72 hours before the event:
    No refunds will be issued.

Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows

  • No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

Weather Policy (Outdoor Events)

  • Events proceed rain or shine.

  • If severe weather makes the event unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule (no refund, one reschedule allowed within 60 days).

Changes to Guest Count

  • Final guest count is due 72 hours before the event.

  • Increases may be accommodated based on availability.

  • Reductions after the deadline are not eligible for refunds.

Company Cancellations

  • If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or the event may be rescheduled at the client’s choice.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If there is a legitimate issue with food quality or service during your event, please notify us during the event so we can make it right.

  • Partial refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis
