What started as a simple love for food, culture, and connection quickly grew into a passion for creating something truly one-of-a-kind. We set out to reimagine the traditional hibachi experience  not just as a meal, but as a moment that brings people together through flavor, fun, and a touch of elegance.

Our mobile hibachi restaurant was born from the desire to blend beloved traditions with a modern twist. Alongside sizzling hibachi favorites, we’ve added our own creative spin   pairing the experience with our signature crispy egg rolls, a timeless favorite, and churros, a sweet nod to global flavor and shared joy. Together, they create a menu that celebrates both heritage and innovation.

But what truly sets us apart is the atmosphere we bring. Each event is elevated with touches of refined detail — including the use of authentic Depression-era crystal glassware, a symbol of resilience, craftsmanship, and timeless beauty. It’s our way of infusing history into every celebration, transforming dining into an experience that feels both luxurious and meaningful.
